No problem. The 2nd rank of blitz is great aswell. You can have no stealth perks and still reach almost everything without being discovered.

I think that's late 30s maybe I'm only at 21 and I need to upgrade my science too haha

You need 9 agility( agility makes stealth easier) for the first rank(get it) need lvl 1. 2nd rank needs lvl 29
