Every one of Brady's rings were won with a controversy quick on its heels. Him and Belicheck have been runnin the smoothest cheating team in the NFL for years. Belicheck was one of the worst coaches in the beginning and started winning out of nowhere. Brady would be nobody without Belicheck teaching him how to cheat.

Belichick defied a 2006 memo (after the 3rd sb victory) from Goodell stating that taping could only be done from certain locations. The only actual rule in question was whether or not film was being used in the same game it was recorded. It was decided that this rule was not broken. The whole thing was basically a power trip by Goodell. There never was any taping of practices. This transgression was reported by the Boston Herald, which later recanted the story and apologized after finding out that their source was not credible. That means that there was no controversy surrounding the first 3 sb victories, other than from the ignorant haters. Deflategate was a sham as well. I think this season has proven that. Also, Manning has been accused of using HGH, so your point is moot.
