Mercury incident.[/i][/b] It was just another boring patrol, out on this crazy planet... the biosphere shifts were still being studied by the labcoats, and even the Indigo Shroud had sent representatives. So far, nothing had been found. Well, nothing concrete... [i]"Huh? What's that?"[/i] A bright light in the sky shook Cprl. Lassiter back from his reverie of a very exotic alien girl he had saw, and focused on the object that was moving towards the planet. It bore markings he didn't recognize, and it continued to puzzle him until it landed. He decided to investigate. The thick flora that covered the Jungle made it difficult for him to see anything, but luckily the enhanced imaging devices in his helmet did their Job. It seemed to be some kind of craft, by the looks of it. Something like a pod... [i]"Huh... where the hell did that come from?no civilian ships were recorded travelling in the sector for at least a week..."[/i] As he approached it, it became clearer. The craft wad militaristic in design, and bore an symbol on it's side, a symbol he did not recognize. A red star. Suddenly, it all went black. The Corporal was dead. Unbeknownst to the Order, the Empire had made the first poke. The war had begun.

[i][b]Celestial Expanse - Sector 001 Alpha - Transwap Hub Shinzon.[/b][/i] Commodore Marcus stood at the helm of the [i]Blackwater,[/i] the prime Indigo Shroud command cruiser. [i][u]The Legend Begins, Epilogue.[/u][/i] After being packed full of the survivors of the S.S. Mercury, the shuttles hailing from the R.C.S. Marauder all flew them to safety. They had done it. Their endeavour was complete, the chapter over. But the story was only just beginning for our unlikely heroes. All they could do now was wait for destiny to unite them once more. And it would unite them soon.... Down on the surface, Archer and his team had reached the center of the building. They began their search for anything relevant. In the central room, everything was tossed here and there, papers littered the floor and bodies were stacked here and there. [i][b]"Damn... seems these savages really are just that..."[/b][/i] Archer said, sad that they hadn't found something conclusive. [u][i]"Corporal, sir, come take a look at this."[/i][/u] Said one of his soldiers. Archer got a burst of excitement just about then, perhaps it was something good. The soldier took him to a monitor that was still faintly emmiting. [i][b]"What's this?"[/b][/i] [i][u]"Well sir, it seems to be some kind of distress signal, yet we can't find it on any of our subspace channels. I started a complete spectrum sweep, but nothing so far..."[/u][/i] Archer's excitement soon turned to anxiety and worry. [b][i]"Have the building secured and guarded. Alert Captain Prestonsburg that he calls for backup. Seems this place has more to it than meets the eye..."[/i][/b] [i][u]"Sir? What do you think it means?"[/u][/i] [i][b]"it means that eventually, somebody will answer that signal."[/b][/i] -------------------------------- [i][u][b]Precint Delta Gamma 049, Vega Star Empire territory.[/b][/u][/i] [i][u]"Grand admiral, sir! We've picked up a distress beacon... it's coming from a dreg outpost..."[/u][/i] The officer said with apparent disdain. [i][u]"should I simply report it as ignore?"[/u][/i] "Wait... Wait a minute." The Grand Admiral looked upon the coordinates of the beacon. Planet Bellerophon X. "Follow that beacon... warn the fleets..." A smirk drew itself on Harrison's face. "We've found the way in." [i][u]Legend Begins, Finale.[/u][/i] As Kaebius and Zoê rescued the Survivors, they regrouped with the main team. They hadn't explored the entirety of the compound, but that was for a later time. As he reached the outside, Kaebius' eyes shined as a wide grin appeared on his face. "There they are! Told you my boys would be there!" Raining from the skies was a legion of Celestial Knights, the ultimate soldiers of the Order. Hovering in low Orbit was the RCS Marauder, one of the most recent Andromeda-Class starships. The mighty display of the Order's efficiency brought a feeling of hope to everyone who witnessed as their rescuers had finally arrived. [spoiler]final act.[/spoiler]

[i][u]Legend Begins, Chapter III.[/u][/i] The base itself was... rustic, to say the least. It carried history. Olden pieces of wood and metal mashed together to form a defensive structure to keep the Dregs of the Vega society safe. Kaebius and his part of the team ran alongside the eastern part of the wall, still out of sight, while the other part of the team would sneak in from the back when the signal would be sent. All the remaining survivors were being kept prisoner inside of [i]Redghast Cove,[/i] the name of the cliffside base. [spoiler]continuation.[/spoiler]

[i][u]Legend Begins, Chapter II.[/u][/i] [spoiler][b][i][u]For those that didn't reach the Camp yet, here's a recap. After Kaebius hunted down the raiders and established the survivors in the camp, he set out to find as many of them as he could the camp had gained more volume, and was now established as a proper center of operations. By now, they had discovered a very peculiar aspect of the planet. It seemed that the various biomes that composed the planet were all closely linked together. The remaining survivors had made their way to the camp alone, where they were met by Kaebius. The crew had gotten some sleep, and they woke up to a green forest, which was previously the snowy forest.[/u][/i][/b][/spoiler] [b][i]The survivors gathered outside, waking up to a green forest, in a comfy weather. A warm wind blew through the valley, different from the chilly breeze that blew the day before. Kaebius gathered the survivors around the extinguished fire.[/i][/b] "Alright, so here's what's happening. Thanks to Céleste and Kassandra, we have a proper radio reciever working. From what I gathered, the Order's fifth task force will be reaching our location soon, which means we'll get out of here pretty quickly. Now, about the biomes... well, here's the thing. I talked to all the scientists we had, did a bunch of tests, and arrived at this conclusion. Each biome contained on this world is a fragment of another dimension. A parallel universe. This planet exists exactly the same in every universe, until you reach it's stratosphere. I've found some information on the Raiders I took out... turns out they're something called "Dregs", exiled from a what they called the "Vega Empire." They didn't have much info on them, but that only means that we can't stay here any longer than we have to. The other problem is that there might still be pods out there. According to Joaquim, there were exactly twenty-one pods on board the S.S. Mercury. So far, we've gathered eighteen of them. I'll be splitting the group into two. A team of us will go out and hunt for the missing pods, while the others remain here, and keep transmitting our location to the task force. If we meet anymore of these dregs... The corridors are filled with various people scared for their life, clutching their terrified children. The escape pods, filled to the brim, are all launched out one after the other. Just as you board yours, it fires off into the orbit of the multi-biomed world. In the rear viewport, the sad sight of the S.S. Mercury ending it's life in a blaze is a mark that remains imprinted on your psyche for the rest of the trip. Your pod crashes into...
