What would you make??
I would make a mode similar to "infected" in halo, where it's 6 people in the game, and 1 person is "infected". He spawns with unlimited cloaking, an overshied and increased agility. He infects others by killing them and then they join him as being infected!
The game is timed so the infected have, say, 5 minutes to infect the other 5 ppl and win. If any guardians are left uninfected at the end, they win.
Possibly disable supers as well, but have increased special and heavy drops similar to inferno playlists.
Let me hear some of your ideas!
Edit: Broke 100 replies, nice! Let's keep it going. Maybe bungie will see this and incorporate some of these ideas in the next dlc!

1 RespuestaHow about a big server of about 16 guardians on a map in a free for all style game mode. You can kill players left and right but the only way to get points is to get kills while you're Chuck Norris. You can get points if you kill Chuck Norris too but good luck with that bwahaha. There'll be a power up that randomly spawns on the map that allows you to become Chuck Norris!!!

Competitive free for all, light level advantages enabled, end game content, event specific weapons/armor.
-
You mean the Mayhem playlist? Heavy and Special spawn faster while Inferno has no heavy and barely any special ammo.

7 RespuestasKillzone Variant of Control Similarities: Halo 5 Warzone, MOBAs "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer." -Lord Shaxx 6v6 All-out multiplayer. Players control marked destinations to secure points as well as killing enemies. Players can also kill enemy minions of the Darkness on the enemy team. Description: Players spawn on a random map as always. The maps are the medium-large maps available. The game mode is Control, with a twist: enemy minions of the Darkness fight alongside the players. Currently, the reason for this is unknown (grimoire wise). The type of minion devised is dependent on the map. Venus: Vex vs Fallen Mars: Cabal vs Vex Earth: Fallen vs Hive Moon: Fallen vs Hive Dreadnought: Cabal vs Hive All maps have Taken enemies that are on their separate team; allied adds will immediately focus fire on the Taken. Taken can take your allies and turn them into Taken; the way how will be revealed. Players control a marker at the start of their spawnpoint. This marker is the marker that spawns their allied adds. If this point is controlled by the enemy, allied adds will not spawn until the marker is controlled again. The game proceeds as Control, with a small bonus to killing adds; the amount of points for these are the same as when a player captures a control point in Zone Control. However, each enemy gives different amounts of points. Lower (Dreg or Shanks of any type, Goblin, Thrall, Legionnare): 10 points Medium (Acolyte, Vandal, Hobgoblin or Harpy, Phalanx): 15 points High (Knight or Wizard, Minotaur, Centurion, Captain) 20 points Higher (Ogre, Reaver Fallen, Collosus, Praetorian): 30 points Each class of enemy has a chance to spawn a Major. However, each class also has a small chance of spawning an Ultra of a random name. These ultras are not ones we've met in-game such as Ta'arc or such. These ultras are given random names and are more powerful than regular adds. They will have a constant marker above them showing their location, and will disappear after a set amount of time. Players can kill this ultra to grant their team 1000 points. The Taken, however, have a high chance of spawning an Echo of Oryx. This Echo is the way that allied adds can be Taken from their side. The Echo only spawns once, however, and can be destroyed. Blights will appear throughout the map along with Taken Bombs. The game continues until the time limit runs out or a team acquires 15,000 points. The amount of chaos in this game mode presents fast action that is sure to cause salt, especially with armor perks that grant orbs of light against adds. Hope you enjoyed reading!

A mode where nobody gets any supers or grenades and everyone has to carry the kings fall relic around.

4 RespuestasLarge faction wars. 6v6v6. It's puts 6 members of any faction (FWC, DO, NM) up against 6 players of each other faction. Takes place on any 1 random zone of patrol for any planet. IE earth's mothyards or the moons anchor of light. Each faction controls 1 point, and there will be 1 neutral point in the middle to control. This gives a control essence to it, though any large team game mode could be played. Or salvage. Plus, enemies spawn on the map, with potential majors/ultras spawning 1-2 per game. Killing them gives points, but doesn't count towards any major/ultra kills, bounties, 3oC, etc. Kills for PvE enemies doesn't count towards points, but it does count for building supers, etc.

Final death. 5 minute clash for players with 3 characters. When your first character dies, he can't come back, you choose one of your remaining 2. If all 3 die you can score no more points.
