More than 80-90% of my Destiny Friends List are gone for good or into other games due to *insert random complaint here*. In my opinion/experience most of them are gone because of the microtransactions future or one of Bungie's many scummy little business practices or another . So thank you Bungie. Very very much. Very appreciated. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Edit: Just wanted to state i am not "crying" or sad or do i suffer for emotional swings. I just bark interesting "facts"(to me) and politely/sarcastically thank Bungie for some interesting business tactics and choices:) And no friends, it is not boredem/RNG(or just that). Destiny was our go to hobby!

4 RespuestasEditado por ClayishPit612: 12/23/2015 2:19:32 PMI might get one once a week, might..... Absolutely loved Destiny and devoted a crap load of time before TTK. Then Deej and Luke Smith started their "snarky" remarks and "we don't give a rip" attitude, no VoC or any Elemental Primary replacement, and the extremely short main campaign followed by the long grind session with slow to no rewards. Also didn't help buying the Digital Collector's edition after Bungie's secret time line so zero additional bonuses. Bungie gave me the finger and I have no love for a company who shows their current attitude. I just come back for the players and because I still enjoy Destiny, just not enough to choose it over other things anymore.

1 RespuestaIt's the flawed mechanics and bugs that make people leave/quit. Bungie FTW.
-
1 RespuestaWith more and more players leaving it's going to a complete dead zone everywhere. I've been Strikes that commences with 2 players and a third random doesn't drop in until mid-way. Even PvP matchmaking is horrendous. I've been in these situations with an Alpha team of 6 vs a Bravo team of 4? Seriously, either the player population has really gone down hill or there's just a lot of new casual players only wanting to play solo or not at all.

1 RespuestaYou aren't the only one. Many of the people I would regularly see on Destiny are now regularly playing other games. Out of the 5 reliable people I know that I can link up with for the raid every week, 2 of them log on just to get it done then quickly jump back to another game. I am definitely seeing the effects.

10 RespuestasEditado por Dizzlecess: 12/21/2015 6:09:18 PMI hate the meta and just how the game is now in general. I will definitely still play destiny because nothing else has a the same sense of awesome when you find a rare exotic. Plus I'm always hopeful that it will get better. Just people not with the same excitement as I used to when the game was good

3 RespuestasI play destiny on Tuesday check in on wed at gunsmith but then that's it for me
-
When black ops and fallout come out, i had about 3 friends on line every day for about a week, now its back up to about 30 a day
-
3 RespuestasI want to stop but I have no other games :(
-
5 RespuestasMost of them are gone because they are gamers, and are going to play the newest games that come out. Why is this so hard for people to wrap their minds around? Should I run to the Last of Us forums, and start insulting their game because no one plays it anymore...no. That would be illogical.

2 RespuestasIt's the lack of content. For a massive multilayer type game they need the content to be deep and hard to obtain. In classic mmos the raids take a long time to finally finish... In destiny it usually take about a day or so.... The armour and weapons need to have more meaning in pve... I.e. Through in a dps challenge boss as a gate to higher bosses so progress is staggered and there is always something to aim towards. As it stands I have no reason to play this game again until there is some dlc or destiny 2
-
1 RespuestaSame for me. Hopefully they get bored with the new games they got. But I've heard that other developers don't hate their customers like Bungie hates us, so I'm not holding my breath.
-
22 RespuestasI have 200 friends all week end average 80-120 where online and average 60-70 where on destiny This isn't a representative number for the whole game but northern is yours
-
1 RespuestaI hope Bungie are looking at player numbers and seeing the drop off. Drip feeding content isn't working. It needs a good amount of content before Feb or they will struggle to hold on to players. As for Destiny 2... I think it will be hard to remain interested until then.

1 RespuestaYup, I quit about a month ago because my friends playing Destiny was down to 1 or none every day. Throw in micro transactions, time gated content, nerf patches, no promise of anything getting fixed along with a bunch of new games to play and it made it even easier to walk away. Bungie can sit and spin.

3 RespuestasWere just waiting for a new expansion or if they release all the exotics

3 RespuestasEditado por ConnorCT10: 12/23/2015 11:31:27 AMMy real life friends quit after the dark below hard mode release. Only one real life friend still plays. We have been through so many teams since then but because my friend list is big I average around 7 pages on a day

2 RespuestasEditado por BloodyBarbarian: 12/22/2015 10:24:26 PMPeople are going to play other games as new one come out. Doesn't mean they won't play again. Who the hell plays the same game forever.
-
1 RespuestaSame problems here, but i believe that the reason is the lack of new content and the foking rng. We weren't a big group, but now, I am the only one that plays from time to time. Thats a pity
-
1 RespuestaThey'll be back.
-
1 RespuestaEditado por SnakiestOrc7366: 12/22/2015 10:53:04 PMThe people I played with left because they needed a break from the GRIND and repetition and RL got busier. The micro transactions were not a game breaker as they didn't buy into them and they wanted to play the new games that came out. They still drop in from time to time and will most likely take Destiny back up when new content eventually drops.
-
1 Respuestajoin them and quit too, trust me you will feel great , theres no point playing this pos anymore and supporting bungies endless arrogance and greed
-
4 RespuestasYup, looks like we might have to one day buy a new game gasp! it's a pity destiny didn't last forever.
sarcasm if you couldn't tell
-
2 RespuestasBut you did buy the SRL book
-
1 RespuestaMost are gone cause they have run out of stuff to do after 3months. I mostly do PvP now and I'm shit at it but after night full and the 1 raid that's all that left!
