None of the above. Got a Red Spectre drop yesterday with rangefinder, perfect balance or smallbore as choice on middle perk, and counterbalance for last perk. Two stability perks help a lot and it just feels really good and powerful. Range bar looks low, but performs better probably due to rangefinder perk. It's on my warlock
