No. You would still have more armor than a bladedancer, which is bullshit for a ramged super. And all of the other supers that are timed can get one shotted. Why should HoS be different?

You act like Hunters never complain for nerfs. Hunters got Titans nerfed in the first place, and are now the ones complaining about Stormcaller. HoS is harder to get kills with now with the reduced tracking and smaller blast radius. Still good, but now that Hunters can beat it with all of their supers, it's somehow balanced.

Try looking at who is calling for nerfs. Yes hunters were screaming about hos, but the majority of people calling for warlock nerfs are titans. Just as the spent year one trying to nerf hunters.

Wait, so you are saying that hunters spent all off year one trying to nerf themselves, and then switched to sunbreakers to get that class nerfed? Or is it that titans tried to get hunters nerfed for a year and when they got a new class hunters switched to titan so they can start calling for class nerfs., since titans are the class they knew as nerf herders.
