Due to the stupid ban on name and shame in the CoC I can't tell you this guys GT but here is what happened.
I was playing trials as always, my titan was on a 58 win streak when suddenly me and one other fireteam member have our internet get cut out completely, kicking us from the match, leaving my teammate to fight a 3v1. Durring the match the were constantly teabagging and dancing after killing our only remaining teammate, then finished their flawless passage the next game.
After this, one of the fireteam members from that group joined our party and apologized saying that we were DDoS'd, and that he didn't know they were going to do it. He said the guy that DDoS'd us was on an alt account and gave me his real accounts GT.
I am worried that he won't get punished for this because we weren't able to report them in game as we were kicked. Bungie searches players that have been reported's game history and checks to see if they had multiple wins with no kills. The problem with this is that they only DDoS'd two of us. If you check his recent games you'll see several games that were 3v1's.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BUNGIE. I can give you their GT's to review their past game history if you need.

If those reports and the investigation bear fruit, the cheaters will be dealt with. But things like making a vid, creating a topic, and/or naming them here on the forums serves no purpose and has no benefit. If you have used the in-game report tool, then you've done your part. And thank you for doing so.
For those who who want to take the extra step, or were kicked from the game (and are unable to access the reporting tool), Bungie has created a Cheating Submission Form that allows players to find the PGCR (Post Game Carnage Report) from their personal history, fill out an official report, describe the cheating, and even link a vid (if they have one). Please feel free and encouraged to use this tool, but pay close attention to the warnings on the form.
* If you are not confident that a player was cheating, do not use this form.
* Abuse of this contact form may result in account restrictions.
* Fraudulent reports and submissions unrelated to cheating may result in disciplinary actions against your account.

I got Ddos during a control match in regular crucible. . . I was just trying to get 2 primary kills and 2 captures and leave! BUT NOPE! Someone got real mad our team was winning (their team had 4 in a fireteam) or I was killing them with a Monte. . .

2 RespuestasEditado por SoggySamson79983: 12/12/2015 2:13:22 AMHey can you PM his GT to me? I got kicked off everything before so I want to see if it was the same guy Edit: Actually don't worry it was the same guy. People kept saying I wasn't ddosed even though it was the same guy that did it to you.

9 RespuestasJust so you know, a DDOS attack takes down all of your wifi. It doesn't just disconnect you from the game. You would be disconnected from Xbox live and your wifi, including all other devices connected to your wifi. A DDOS attacks your router, not a specific device

4 RespuestasSo you were 58-0? You.... need to go outside

15 RespuestasPlease learn what DDoS is. Reported for name and shame.

Is his name baboon because that son of a bitch needs to die

4 RespuestasYup, happened to me on Bannerfall except they kicked our entire team offline, they had like a 5 win streak with 0 kills each last time I checked

5 RespuestasHello Guardian, Please remove the GT/PSN, Picture and/or video as it is against the Code of Conduct as it is Name and Shame. Bungie's Code of Conduct Below: (short version) https://www.bungie.net/en/View/bungie/conduct Bungie's Ninja guidelines along with the Code of Conduct Below: (long version) https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/121/162456429/0/0 Stuff that Sucks -Personal attacks, harassment, or violations of privacy. What is a personal attack? A personal attack is any negative statement or insult about the character, traits, nature, qualities, or abilities of another user on Bungie.net, especially when it is an attack upon the person rather than the merits of his or her post. While it is permissible (subject to this CoC) to disagree or debate the content of another person's post, be cautious that you do not cross the line into attacking the person who posted it. Similarly, if someone is attacking only the merits of your post, even harshly, try to avoid taking it as a personal attack or responding with personal attacks. What is harassment? Bungie.net's moderating team may judge that a user is engaging in harassment if that user is seen attempting to make Bungie.net an unwelcoming, uncomfortable, or hostile environment for another specific user or group of users. Harassment may include a variety of conduct, but often involves multiple replies to posts by the targeted victim(s) or "calls to action" by the harasser trying to cause others to participate in the harassment. Harassment often includes, but is not limited to, repeated personal attacks, threats of violence/hacking/doxxing/swatting (or other negative action) against another user, accusations of cheating/hacking/other illegal activity, thread derailment attempts, suggestive or sexually explicit language, or other disrespectful posts. To be clear, harassment is prohibited even if you feel the other person deserves it. For this reason, "naming and shaming" suspected cheaters/hackers, "counter-trolling," and attempts to "expose" users that are lying about themselves may all constitute prohibited harassment and result in your removal from this website. Users that attempt to make Bungie.net a hostile or unwelcoming environment for any other user will not be tolerated. If another user offends, annoys, or irritates you, the only appropriate course of action is to ignore him or her, or (if they are violating the CoC) report him or her to the Bungie.net moderating team. What is a violation of privacy? A violation of privacy occurs anytime a user publicly exposes information or content about another user without his or her consent. This does not include information readily available by looking at a user's public-facing Bungie.net profile (such as gamertags, basic game stats, profile information and links, etc.) but can include information that is not readily available such as real name, photograph, address, phone number, employer, school, or other personal information (including highly sensitive information such as tax ID or credit card numbers) The best way to report players is by using the in game report tool as you are playing. 1 RespuestaOut of his last 9 trials games, only 1 has had 3 players on the other team & they lost that one. Funny thing is they played only 2 ppl before that & lost that game too. Can't believe ppl have lives so sad they hack ppl's internet to win in a video game...

15 RespuestasHey a friend just told me you posted this. First of all to clear his up, I found two people off LFG and one of them happened to be a ddoser or cheater or whatever you say they are. He was talking in the party about peoples locations etc The actual person who kicked you was Dossy5 Sorry if this caused a loss or whatever.

1 RespuestaRespect to those guys who joined your party to tell you

7 RespuestasTaken the gamer tag off, just have you and your friends report him. Ninjas will take down this post if u don't.
-
1 RespuestaI wouldn't doubt it. I just looked at the clan and they have a member that has "ddos" in his name. So I bet they all do it. Just a guess though
-
2 RespuestasIt's only a matter of time before they're caught. DDosing is a federal offense. If someone is risking jail time over a game. That is truly a sad individual. Just contact bungie support, and explain them what happened and have them review your trials match. They will see it for themselves.

6 RespuestasDoesn't Bungie keep track of that? And it's true you'll get banned before him just for shaming and shit
-
5 RespuestasYou'll get banned before him

meanwhile, bungie doesn't give a fk about the real problems, instead they are drinking and eating away all the money you threw at the screen

Dude its a shame people have to stoop that low just to win a computer game
