Edit-seems like a lot of people are getting some nice drops.

Got 1, ONE chest engram. Only have a Titan and Hunter. Hoping for twilight or at/s. Got heart of praxic fire haha.

Got the twilight garrison from 3oC off the shade of oryx in the raid. It's my favourite Titan exotic ever!

Got a 310 Twilight garrison off of a 3oC drop from a crucible match. It's nice, but since lag is such an issue, and Titans are the only class whose evade maneuver doesn't have invincibility frames (*cough*BS*cough*), it's tactical use is nowhere near where it could be.

Haven't gotten it yet, but went up against a guy using this in skirmish with a shotgun and it was pretty crazy watching him just bounce back and fourth in the air. Definitely hard to hit him with that perk.
