LitC and Final Round on the Same Sniper
Since Final Round and Luck in the Chamber are fixed (and getting fixed in LitC's case) to hit on precision shots I think it'd be nice to get a sniper with efrideet's impact and both those perks together, either as an exotic or legendary.
This wouldn't kill with body shots by the way, just an idea for a sniper that could give Black Spindle some competition in dps.

I think it would be great in PVE. However, I don't think it's possible. I believe they both use the same slot on the upgrade tree. You can only have one or the other now.

I said bad idea simply because, outside of what they were able to do in PVP before patch, they just don't make that weapon changing difference that one would need from the only perks on it. With that very limited space you would be better off getting a mag upgrade and surplus or field scout for more ammo overall. You would do more damage overall as well.

We need a sniper that when u fire it, it kills everything in the room instantly. It has infinite ammo and even shoots for you so u dont even need to press any buttons.
