The gorgoroth and Warpriest challange
The challange on the warpriest is that you have to have diffrent ppl taking the aurora. And thats it. It dosent matter if you die or whipe . The rewards are 310 artifact on normal mode and 320 artifact on hard. The gorgoroth challange is that you have to have the "Gaze" active at all time. It means that you can't lose it. So you have to have 2 ppl at eatch side that switch between having the gaze. 4 ppl down in the pitt for damage. 3 allways doing dps. the last one add control and help to shoot down the orbs. Good luck Gurdians.
If anyone know what the Warpriest challange is pls share. Thank you.

Edit1. You have to have diffrent gurdian grabing the gaze for every orb that dropps. Max 2 rounds.

Meh. It won't be use all six everytime. It will be use more than one or two. Maybe use half.

I wouldn't be surprise if ib gives 320 artifacts soon after all ib packages has give players items close to 320. At least ib is a sure thing at rank 5

5 RespuestasI hope it is one of two methods. Either having to ensure that the gaze never drops (2x runners) which is the way we originally did the encounter before dumbing it down to just 1 gaze runner. or Having each gaze grabbed by a different player. This would force the raid to be comprised of people who know how to do all jobs. which I prefer.

Here my thoughts you can only do so much damage per bubble dropped every time you loose the gaze golgoroth satisfies his hunger an the tablet of ruin goes up 1 therefore it would be impossible to do one orb strat simply because you would wipe before doing any real damage. I'm guessing if you have enough dps you could get away doing 3 to 4 orbs lose the gaze then repeat an be done but that's just my opinion.

3 RespuestasWhat i think the golgoroth challange will be: As soon as you "fail to capture the gaze" golgoroth eats EVERY orb that is still on the ceilling and regenerates from those orbs (maybe like 10% for each orb) making the one orb strat not possible (for most) because it is really hard to do 50% in 1 pool (or in 1 gaze)

6 RespuestasGolgoroth's challenge can't be not to lose the aura, that'd be absolutely -blam!-ing ridiculous. One rotation? Even on six orbs that's gotta be insane, although I guess with all the unjustified bitching it wasn't hard enough that's fitting. I personally think it's literally going to be that same concept, you can only capture the gaze once. So one orb methods are less effective, and quite a bit more difficult, but still doable with a good team

Primary options: Supercell (lightning chains between orbs and auto reloads) Jade Rabbit (easy to aim, one hit orbs) Special: Raid sniper (as backup, and cocoon) Heavy: Raid machine gun (also one hits orbs as long as you have sufficient light and has large clip)

2 RespuestasI think the Golgoroth challenge will be that you can never have the same player take the gaze twice. meaning that you have to rotate players in and out of the pit to take the gaze. Player with unstable light bails out of the pit and takes the gaze the previous gazer drops in to start dealing damage....etc.

Every player needs to grab the gaze once is what I'm hoping for and not allowed to use special weapons.

Just FYI, orbs don't respawn until you lose gaze. Your challenge is impossible.

8 RespuestasThe best loadouts for golg if thats it would probably be this Add killer : No time to explain (reloading at the wrong time can get your team killed so why not have infinite ammo) Sniper for some extra hits if they can multitask well if not then shotty or fusion Machine gun Golg killers : fav high damage primary Spindle Machine gun Gazers: (i have rarely been gazer so this might not be the best) High damage primary High damage sniper High damage machine

I reckon everytime you drop the gaze a mark on the tablet of ruin will activate as if someone has died. Thought that was what they were gonna do with hard mode. However with this it is still possible to one blob it if you have a team that can do ze damage.

6 RespuestasMy raid team has always had two gaze holders; here's a little tidbit you may not know if you've always done the one pool method. You cannot hold the gaze indefinitely. After the sixth gaze cycle the tendrils on Golgoroth's back stay clamped over his vulnerable area and it is no longer possible to swap the gaze. Since the DPS team is basically down to primaries after the first two opportunities to inflict damage, it's pretty much impossible to kill him without dropping the gaze at least once.

The challeneges are a test of your ability to perform the raid mechanics. People who have only ever done the single orb strat will have a hell of time trying to use all six orbs while holding the gaze.
