So my boyfriend just got me into Destiny since I like PvP in other games. I start up the playlist that he says is the easiest, Classic 6v6. Every game it's high level, flawless emblem players? Even full fireteams of 4700+ grimoire players? Why?
Are the new maps that bad (haven't tried regular control or clash or whatever) or are people that desperate for stat padding?
-
I do it because yeah the new maps are mostly tiny shot gun havens, and because the newer maps are shittier in general
-
They need a kd cushion in case they don't do absolutely fabulously in a competitive mode
-
4 RespuestasWhy you ask? Because people like having better weapons, killing other people with said better weapons, and pretending that it is skill.
-
Because it's fun playing 34s that have to wait forever to get their nades, super, melees etc.
-
Old maps. Apparently its ok to use year 1 weapons in classic i guess.
-
I am sad to admit that I went into a few classic ones to kill noobs, I wanted to get a stupid quest done...

Editado por madmannyg: 11/28/2015 2:42:21 PMThat sucks. I remember how it felt and how it feels to get totally crushed and with a lazy excuse of matchmaking sometimes. Hopefully you also have the chance for refer a friend too. To get some sweet rewards. Next time leave the lobby. But don't get too angry. If they crushed you then learn from the experience and in a sense you will git gud. Keep at it guardian! And have fun!

Classic maps are better...
-
Because they aren't good enough at pvp to compete with those who have the DLC, so they prey on the poor guardians of y1. It's just them being losers.
-
1 RespuestaPlay the 3v3 playlist. That's where you develop skill.
-
1 RespuestaBecause the new maps are just that horrible minus Bannerfall. That seems to be the only new map that people like. Either that, or they just really enjoy picking on those that didn't buy TTK and won't be able to deal with their fancy new supers/weapons. Or maybe it's one of those "it's only ok when I do it" situations where it's ok for them to use Sunbreaker/Stormcaller/Nightstalker but once they get killed by any of those they proceed to bitch about how the person that killed them is a skill-less hack for using x subclass. Anyway, good luck with Destiny. Just a heads up though, you should probably dump him if he tricked you into buying this glitter covered crapfest of a game. No real boyfriend would do such a thing this late after its release (unless he just got it himself in which case, may God have mercy on both of your souls)

What's wrong with wanting to play a game with your friends....
-
Yes the new maps are that terrible, they are so boring and CQC based, at least the older maps allows people to play around with other playstyles and use different guns

9 RespuestasWhat does 4700 grim..thingy give you?
-
Play Classic Rumble to get better. There's a good balance between rubbish/new players and higher level players of varying skill levels(usually doing emblem quests). You can gradually move your way up the scoreboards as you get better until you're comfortable with regular crucible.
-
5 RespuestasLeave the lobby and comeback. Don't be a bitch and go to the forums to complain if it's that easy to fix the god damn problem
-
The new maps are terrible
-
Same reason people played halo for years and years with no rewards to speak of and simply just for the enjoyment of pvp.
-
So we can go against shitty players like because it's fun wrecking new players and players that didn't buy the taken king. A warm -blam!- you welcome from the destiny community scrub.

I play Classic 6v6 just because I don't like the new maps so much. Plus, it's a nice mix of both Clash and Control
-
3 Respuestas35 levels on practically PVP ONLY. Yo, you da real MVP
-
Because rift blows and it's fun to dick off with friends
-
15 Respuestas1. New Maps generally suck balls 2. Flawless emblem wearers suck 99% of the time
-
New maps aint that great..Y1 maps are just so much better
-
TBA is completely correct. I just like the Y1 maps a lot more than the Y2 maps, and classic modes are the only way to be certain you get Y1 maps. Then again, I'm not a 4700+ elitest.
