To all of the MIDA bandwagoners...
You'll be pretty disappointed when you realized that it's a well balanced weapon. It rewards the defensive, mobile player. Is it very good? Yes. Will it give you easy kills like Tborn and TLW? No. It's not even the best scout right now, with that title going to tlaloc.

I love using MIDA. It and NLB were honestly the only two weapons that I cared if they brought to year two. So excited for both.

I used MIDA in year one a good bit, love it. But op is right, there are better options, like the Tlaloc. Unless MIDA is re-tooled to impact harder, then it might be close

As a y1 last word user, Mida is no where near the "hard-to-use-skilled-gun" than people put it out to be. I actually outgun people with hacksaws and TLW in cqc with Mida. But then I realize how bad the majority of the player base is, and then I fell bad :(.

Bandwagon? MIDA was the first exotic I ever got, and besides Jellyhorn, it was the only exotic I used. And I got Jellyhorn 3 weeks before 2.0 dropped, so I didn't even get a chance to use it. I still use MIDA in crucible a good bit, but now I'll be able to use it for [i]everything[/i], so I'm just happy my baby's coming back. No bandwagon here, just exited.

First exotic. I used it in VoG and I got kicked because I wasn't doing enough damage with it. I was pretty mad and I didn't use it for like 4 months. One day came where I just picked it up to try it out and I loved it ever since

I got a Mida from an engram in DB and a week or two later I got a ghorn and I -blam!-ing used the Mida over ghorn. This was early Dark below too

I have more kills with MIDA than any other exotic. This is because it was a very well rounded weapon to use in any situation.
