Luck in the chamber now only applies to precision targets.
Am I the only one who finds this the most ridiculous -blam!-ing thing ever? Besides a max armor HoS a headshot ends you no matter what, right? So what use is it to make luck in the chamber proc ONLY on precision damage which would kill almost any player as it is.
Edit: I'm amazed at how many people don't understand the concept of a RANDOM bullet proccing this damage and thus LUCK in the chamber. This isn't something that can be abused in any way like final round was. For the record, yes, I do enjoy sniping and unlike some idiot says no I never aim FOR the body. It's awesome if someone jumps into your shot or you screw up your shot and it hits the body and it procs getting a kill. It's just an "oh shit" moment.
And before you say it's a crutch look at yourself. I don't use shotguns almost at all, I never used thorn until the end of year one and that was very brief. Take your sliding, fellwinter's, spamming shit elsewhere.
Their ENTIRE purpose for year two was to make it so that you had a variety of weapons to choose from in any given activity instead of a "must-have" weapon like Gjallarhorn. That's why we no longer have elemental primaries. Now they just nerf talents into the ground making less weapons viable for a given activity.

I hope this is satire and if this isn't well it just means it's not supposed to matter in pvp which is why the perk is being nerfed to not actually matter there now instead of it being a crutch for people to body shot others. In pve it still is fine as it is
