My first vulture occurred at approximately 5:15 pmGMT London time. I have received constant vultures (correct at 6:53 pm) restarted my console and rebooted my net, still vulture occurs. I am currently enrolled in the Xbox preview program and I have received no other error codes.
Please note that this happening during iron banner and I'd like compensation for missing the event.
Thanks bungie, I know you guys will help me out. (Also I'm really looking to raid tomorrow night so please fix quick :) )

It's not Bungie's fault on this one, I just had a lengthy online chat with help services at Xbox and it's the preview program that screwing us all.

I hadn't read everyone else's post when I wrote this. I have now seen the correlation between preview registered players. Thanks for the info anyways though, never know hey! I've reported the issue to Microsoft as well with screenshots and opted to deregister from the program. Once that has been successful and my Xbox reinstalls non-preview functionality, I'll update my post to let you guys know if it's a valid fix.

Yes, let us know if opting out will reinstall the public update. My profile is hosed right now. I even tried to remove and add it back several times. It only got worse. Friends list gone, gamer pic gone, achievement points gone, and making changes to profile like gamer pic and colors won't save. They really put the screws to us in this one. I'll be opting out as soon as possible and won't be participating in it again.
