3 RespuestasStopped playing destiny about a week ago, I can't do it anymore. The game has about as much depth and purpose as candy crush, or that stupid cookie game that you just tap the cookie relentlessly. Went back to finish the witcher 3 and doubt I'll return. Been with destiny exclusively since beta, and I'm definitely leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth. It was a very unhealthy love/hate relationship that I can proudly say I'm done with. Will I play destiny again? Possible. Doubt it though. I hate the ongoing direction. I hate the way my guardians look now. With how and the etheric light upgrades, I thought they were finally listening and making things right. All that was scrapped the moment ttk dropped just a few short months later. It's disheartening finally getting a particular weapon or armor piece, only to have it useful for mere weeks or even days. Then the new dlc drops and renders it obsolete right when you get the chance to use it. Raising level caps is pointless and a huge mistake on bungies part. It's totally unnecessary and only limits your arsenal and content. This is a fps game. Period. Instead of raising level caps, just give us the new content and allow us to maximize our playstyle with the new gear and activities. The whole formula is totally illogical and insulting. How many awesome weapons and armor sets have you passed up on the way to leveling up your light, only to be bottlenecked into a few different sets of gear? I've been a huge supporter/defender of destiny since launch. I'm the last of my friends to leave. I understand that the game is unique, but I can honestly say that the main reason I'm so salty about destiny is because of the shady practices by Bungie. I've come to view them as that meth dealer on the corner that doesn't give two shits about the impact they have on their customers, or the community they live in. Lies. Deceit. Manipulation. Addiction. Arrogant. These are all words that come to mind anytime I hear the name Bungie. Which is a shame.

Lol you sit here complaining on " destiny forums " still?

4 Respuestason the flip side, being a Bethesda game, once you get a little higher in level and have some equipment stored away your game will freeze every other hour.. just speaking from experience with Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim... not that Destiny hasn't been dropping people left and right too though lol.

Is fallout 4 still singleplayer?
-
4 RespuestasEh ive played a good 10 hours since i bought it day of release no preorder and it feels long but it has its tedious moments just like destiny this is in fact my first fallout.

Destiny is a poor attempt at what Bethesda already mastered. When it takes you 10 hours to beat the story in Destiny, it takes you 5000 hours in Fallout and Elder Scrolls games to "beat the story".

1 RespuestaI love Destiny, but I love Bethesda and Fallout especially waaaaaaaaaay more. I spent 3 hours last night scouring the wasteland for screws and wonder glue and I had so much -blam!-ing fun doing it. Whenever I had to spend 15 minutes searching for helium filaments (way back before they sold them) I wanted to drive my sparrow off of the nearest cliff.

3 RespuestasEditado por GrimDivinations: 11/14/2015 7:04:25 AMWell here's the thing: fallout four has had 4 years of development. Destiny had only 4 and then got scrapped and had something like 1 or 2 years after. Fallout 4 is built to be a single player RPG at heart, and destiny is just an FPS with some RPG aspects. So of course Destiny wouldn't have as much content. It's not the same game, and 20 hours is hardly anything compared to the time it takes to complete all of the quests in destiny, regardless if you think it's grindy or not. Also when destiny has multiplayer, the dev team has to spend more time on preparing the game for this kind of interaction, which takes away from the time spent making more missions and areas and whatnot.

My first time playing Fallout and its Hella fun.

1 RespuestaAny game where you can mod it day one and gets boring real quick. I can type kill all and the boss dies I can make my self not take any damage give my self infinite money open any lock etc sorry but when can do all this day one Meh
-
True, im level 14 and just entered diamond city and the content is massive. I pass by more explorable content then destiny has in total. Ill still be finding new shit months from now
-
Yeah it's great fun, nearly died laughing when that claw thing threw a car at me:) Only downside is no multiplayer, but my clans been playing while in party chat.
-
2 RespuestasYes you are gimpy as hell when you start. Slow and clunky...familiar. But that changes.... I am near level 15. And dude, if you like it now...you are going to freaking LOVE it in no time. Just wait until you start unlocking perks...PS do lockpick/hack early. And LUCK...crit like a mofo! If they made FO4 multiplayer... BOOM! The game wouldn't go Platinum... It would go Plutonium. (But how would VATS work in MP?)

12 Respuestascompare destiny 4 with todays fallout, then we talk ;)

54 RespuestasHaven't played it but from what I've read from reputable reviewers this game is a watered down version of fallout 3 that threw out any semblance of an rpg. No more option to be a bad guy, no more interesting quests, no more interesting npcs. Every review on steam suggests wait for the price to fall. What do you say to that?
-
When it's a single player game it can be because there's less for the counsel to do

2 RespuestasPornhub traffic dropped after Fallout 4 released... Think about that.
