You can't kill a gorgon.
I was doing vault of glass for No Time To Explain and some kid in the group from lfg chimes in and asks if we could kill a gorgon. I said no its literally impossible. At that point, we got into an argument about whether it was possible or not. Eventually the team just broke up because we had been arguing for 30 minutes. To beat it all, I still haven't killed Atheon. I'd really like to kill him for no time to explain and a chance at fatebringer. Also, a side question: since I'm getting NTTE, will that use up my chance of an exotic so I could actually get fatebringer?
Edit: if you came to watch the world burn, I'm serving popcorn and drinks in the back.
Thatjamesguy88 says the popcorn isn't salty enough. Can you guys add some more? Thanks

I've killed 3 in one run, and then they become almost impossible to kill. You have to find the right one to kill, and it gets a lot more health.

The fate ringer drops from Templar on hard only and I've killed 3 gorgons, enough fire power does the job

Gorgon are easy to kill especially in year 2. Year one it was almost impossible if no one had a gyallahorn but it was still possible. So you wasted your fireteams time.
