Yes, final round you can still get. It just that now it only works in precision kills. Before it also worked in body shots. So it was a one shot kill anywhere it hit.

I have an efrideets with the same roll, basically. Different scopes and middle column perks, but i had short gaze, ambush, and perfect balance.
