7 RespuestasI don't mind paying for dlc, I just want them to make it worthwhile. Limit the amount of unnecessary grinding. Things like the weapon parts shortage or the terrible rewards system in the raid are what will kill the game for me.

What's wrong with $15 for something you're gonna play for 4 months?
-
Destiny + free = 0 Get it now ?
-
According to Kotaku, new content was supposed to be free. Apparently Kotaku was wrong Source: http://kotaku.com/sources-destiny-will-get-paid-cosmetic-dlc-and-free-ne-1734800399 If anything, blame Kotaku.

2 RespuestasEditado por gtasol: 11/4/2015 8:42:28 PMI don't like to criticise but if you honestly thought you were going to get DLC for free just because of micro transactions you really are either very naive or just intellectually challenged. Loads of us on the forum tried to temper expectations and we were all shouted down by the fan boys who believed they were going to get free DLC. I read the original bungie comments and they NEVER said free DLC, only free quests / missions / events. Can't get pissed off about not getting something you were never going to get in the first place.

If you believed Activision was going to green light free DLC because of some micro transaction emotes...well, you are not very smart, that's what.
-
I'm mildly annoyed, but it just means I won't buy anymore silver, personally. I thought things would be similar to Mass Effect 3's system of microtransactions netting players some free smaller expansions while larger ones would be paid, but it seems like players will be milked from all ends so I'll just buy story things. I'm assuming things like weapons and stat boosts will be sold eventually (pay to win/save time style) and once that happens I'll probably stop playing altogether.
-
It was very clearly stated before microtransactions launched that proceeds would go to fund the Live Team. Free DLC expansions were never on the table.
-
3 RespuestasHow could only microtranactions pay for dlc? It's simply not enough revenue
-
2 RespuestasThere was no confirmation.
-
3 RespuestasI dont buy silver. Screw your microtransgender bullshit.
-
Fallout 4 will save us from the evil corporation known as bungie.
-
1 Respuestai like paying for dlc just like everyone else

Editado por Der_Peevmeister: 11/4/2015 8:53:46 PMDisappoint but not surprised. Bungie sold their souls to Activi$ion and if the rumors from that Redit post and the Kotaku article are to be believed, Bungie is complicit with it and not a hapless victim. *shrug* Par for the course in gaming development. Only difference is now I'll expect it from Bungie too.
-
How can Bungie give you free DLC? They've only taken 1.7 billion dollars.
-
It was so f*cking obvious COME ON PEOPLE WHY DO YOU BELIEVE EVERYTHING THAT KOTAKU, YES -blam!-ING KOTAKU, SHOVES YOU INTO YOUR MOUTH. JUST WHY? STOP HOPING AND GIVING BUNGIE ANOTHER CHANCE, THEY -blam!-ED UP DONT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE AND THEY CANT LET YOU DOWN
-
I know this one!!! =D Stupid people, final answer!
-
Cmon a game published by Activision giving dlc for free? I'm pretty sure this hasn't happened since mw3 when they gave everyone terminal for free.
-
It was obvious that there's never going to be free dlc
-
5 RespuestasI didn't hear about this till seeing this post but if so I'm gonna be -blam!-in pissed cause they claimed it would be free. Or at least that's what I was told, good thing I'm gonna stop playing this game soon
-
Editado por NoNaaame: 11/4/2015 8:47:00 PMIt's not bungies fault you jumped to conclusions
-
It doesn't bother me I saw it coming.
-
Chose don't care because I'm switching from xb1 to ps4 and not gonna buy destiny switching over to bo3 and fallout 4
-
Chose don't care because I saw this one coming. They just wanted to make more money, and never clearly stated that free DLC would come out of it. We really thought that they would do free DLC? Come on guys.
