I'm half an hour into this game and it still doesn't feel like the Halo I grew up with. It feels so cartoony... Almost feels like I'm playing a mobile phone game.
When they made this game they clearly wanted to make money off of middle schoolers rather than deliver a game the loyal following deserves.
Maybe I still need to get 'used' to the game but my first impression is that I'm playing some game made for the Nintendo Gamecube.
Edit: Many hours in I'm starting to warm up on it. The online is really fun. I just miss the gritty feel of it but I'm starting to like it... The campaign still feels a little weird. Kinda like borderlands.

Try giving a game more then 30 minutes to decide how you feel. I don't say how I feel about a game until I'm a few hours in, and then when I'm 30 hours in.

1 Respuesta>inb4 people start saying Halo 4 was better I'm -blam!-ing ready, it's like damn clockwork

Everybody has their own opinion. Just because somebody doesn't like it, doesn't mean you won't either. Play the game and make your own opinion.

2 RespuestasI've played three levels and couldn't disagree more. Been playing since 2001, this is halo we've been waiting for. It's bad ass left and right. Sorry you can't see it.

Looks odd. Watching the brother play it currently. Though the grunts are amazing lol. "Big one get you! Big one get you!"

Maybe because you grew up .

Seriously dont know how it "feels" cartoony. Didnt know a game had feelings. But seriously, all previous Halos looked Cartoony and have laughable campaigns that you just loved to play. If anything 343 is trying to make it look more realistic when it comes to the design
It feels so cartoony
Reach was probably the only Halo that didn't have a 'Cartoony' feel to it.
