Phantom Auto Rifle?
I recently completed the weapon skills for the Imprecation quest, and went to turn in the quest for the second Armsday wait. Still having Imprecation equipped, I spoke to banshee and received the next step. Now, I have no primary weapon, and I can't equip any of my weapons. In their place is a black Auto Rifle. Any solutions?

I got the same issue but all you have to do is equip another weapon
