Why do people enjoy Destiny now?
I'm not insulting anyone, but all you do in this game is grind, and me personally, don't find doing the raid fun. The raid is the only place you can get endgame gear and I find that's complete BS. There's no variety in this game anymore. Literally the only thing you do is get on Tuesday, do raids, then what? This game makes you wait another week to get more endgame hear that may or may not be better. In House of Wolves I could do:
-VOG
-Crota
-PoE
-Trials
-Nightfalls that were worth it
-Heroic strikes that were worth it
-And more
All of those were ways to get endgame gear, and it gave me something to do throughout the week. I'm just bored of doing KF 3 times a week for some shitty loot.
Now answer this question: What keeps you going in Destiny?
Edit: Positive feedback so far, and before ANYBODY says I'm trash, or I don't spend enough time line on this game (no one has so far) can look at my profile and think about the time I've wasted.

I rarely even bother with the raid. I enjoy crucible. My goal is to get my kd up to 2.0 on all my characters. The problem is I have a lot of toddlers who love to play crucible because they love to "press x to pawn". I've finally got my titan positive but the other characters are dropping quickly lol.

5 RespuestasDestiny is not what it used to be, it's now a daily grind house and I do fully agree that it has become worn and tiresome in a very short time. Unless there is a free expansion right around the corner... so like weeks away, that they are planning to surprise us with... This game will die.

Because the members of my clan are awesome and we're all still playing the game. Granted, we're mostly trading ramen recipes and talking about how badly our favorite football are doing but we're playing Destiny while we're doing it.

7 RespuestasI don't. I miss HoW too, you could wear any armor you want and it was diverse. Nightfalls are a joke ever since they took away the faction rep bonus. I'm just waiting for fallout tbh. This game keeps me occupied in the mean time

I get on one night a week to raid solely cause my long time buddy wants to raid, so I run it with him. Then I don't touch it the rest of the week. 2.0 cut off a lot of options. VOG best raid FTW

2 RespuestasTheoretically, there will be more gear and options for obtaining gear in the coming months, just like when Destiny started. Seems like bungie's 10 year plan involves a hard reset every year.

I get decent drops in the nightfall so it's worth it. I haven't completed the new raid but it's still fun, and the teamwork aspect is pretty good. So blam off with the negativity. I payed good money for this game and it's DLC's I'm going to keep playing it.

5 RespuestasKF raids Crucible Strikes Exotic quests Regular quests Iron banner(although it did kinda suck) ToO will be back soon(I hope) Mostly just the raid though. I don't know what it is about the new raid but it takes me FOREVER to find a group for it which kinda makes a really fun raid suck

3 RespuestasI've played incessantly since TTK came out and am yet to run out of content. It to the weekend to master the new hard raid and next Friday the trials will return. There's a lot to keep me coming back for more. :)

Honestly I just like this better as a shooter because of rng and it's got multiple modes to it I mean as far as an mmo it's a pain and it gets repetitive but don't all mmo's idk just collecting stuff at this point I guess it's keeping me going but what people don't get is we get hooked and it's the only game you play so the grind seems endless but step away and come back you'll still enjoy the game
