The rr4, with litc.
I've actually learned how to figure out when it's going to come... As pathetic as it is, I'm a pro at abusing the one shot body shots.

How can you tell when litc is going to kick in?

Its glitched, when you proc a lucky bullet it will make a noise. After you hear it just reload and the next shot will be lucky also

Yeah, I had it proc 6 times in a row on the first bullet of the mag once. I was reloading after firing the first shot each time. Was wondering if there was some sort of bug or if it was just crazy ridiculous luck.

That, and it's a rythm, if you can figure out when the first shot is, then you know when the next couple will be on the next mags, not sure if it's a bug or not, but, it's easy to keep track of.
