New Patch is Live
Update is live! The Nightfall rewards are better. Nightstalkers no longer have unlimited power. Also I wanted to let everyone know that this week if you run the Hardmode Raid and have not already run it on Normal you will also get your Normal mode drops in additon to your Hardmode drops like in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12287]past[/url].

still have nothing good from the NF still drops trash and low lvl items guess i never will lvl up any higher oh but i did get 2 strange coins and that was the best i got running it 3 times

So far...308 ghost. Great reward if you ask me, now I need 1 more! From what I've been seeing rewards are definitely better. Most will probably find it's worth doing again.

Got garbage from the nightfall too, I'm not overly fussed about them anymore because I know I can get high level gear from the raid, and exotics from strike farming

1 RespuestaI ran three nightfalls this week and got crap. A titan mark, three of coins and a ghost. It's not worth running the Nightfall guys. I havnt anything descent since the TK started. Utter garbage.

I got an extrasolar rr4 sniper at 306 light from nightfall! That's a decent jump up from the old legendary rewards. My buddy is 294 and got a 305 legendary helmet too!

4 RespuestasSo what changed instead of getting 10 three of coins get 12 with an blue engram! Fantastic, yet another let down. 3 chars no exotic and no lege above 295. So what the hell was the talk about improving rewards? Didn't impress me with any thing that I'd observe as an improvment...

I think better is a relative term here.. clearly ;) Better than crap is still crap, and not worth the effort. Put the buff back and I think you would see more people accepting of the awful drop chances. I used to run NF 3x a week, and enjoyed it for the most part. Now? mehh.. My time is better spent farming the same missions/strikes over and over with 3oC.

Why NOT piss a whole group off due to some pricks who feel the need to cheat in order to win instead of just blocking the a helmet that grants ShadeStep. Continuously watching Bungie make change after change forcing players to work harder to get where they need to go instead of adding more excitement to the game.

You might recall that Nightfall, even in it's heyday, was never a guarantee to get limited gear, but it is understandable to be pissed if you only get 3 coins for your hard work. Personally, I received a 310 Monte Carlo and a 302 Titan helmet, so I was pretty happy. That was much better than anything I got pre-patch. Still need to run on third character, but so far, so good.
