<Was able to get to rank 5 despite annoying Sunbreakers and Shadow shots.
Report button works, but when thousands are doing the glitch and millions of false reports are pouring in on top of real reports and only a dozen people to process those reports are on hand, things will go slowly.
Imagine you and a handful of your friends trying to fight off 3 million people with a baseball bat.

Could have addressed it with a hot fix similar to what they did today instead of letting it play out.

It doesn't work like that. There are alot of barriers and red tape needed to push an update to a corporate owned system.
