1 RespuestaI would rather fight a hammer than a stormtrance. I learned how to counter the hammer but if you see a warlock floating your way you are s.o.l.
-
1 RespuestaHow about you remove the tag so it doesn't show up anymore sport.
-
1 RespuestaSunbreaker = golden gun with tracking, 5-6 shots, and ridiculous armor. And btw, the Stormcaller super is also in need of rebalance! The uptime in combination with mobility and armor is ridiculous.

2 RespuestasEditado por Misfyre: 10/20/2015 1:38:36 PMFunny. I didn't realize that a "tank class" should also have the highest agility and killing potential. You're falling back on that argument to defend your crutch now? Striker was very good in PvP, with arguably the best grenades (Lightning), melee (Shoulder Charge), and panic super (FoH). Titan skating also allows for it to have the highest agility.

8 RespuestasSunbreaker r fine people crying nerf need to keep in mind it's no more op than your unlimited arrows or the ability to blind and cause chaise with the storm caller no one wants to talk about them subclasses cuz they r hypocrites
-
2 RespuestasIt's like these people don't understand the whole golden gun 1-2 shot thing. The sunbreaker can only survive a single shot if they have max armor and a chest piece with increased armor while using a solar subclass. Golden gun just needs a simple damage increase to counter the effects of the solar armor increase. Regardless, sunbreaker will get nerfed just based on the shear amount of complaints.
-
2 RespuestasIt's only the percentage of whining cry babies that main Hunters and Warlocks that previously had OP supers that constantly complain. PVP has become much more competitive for subclasses. Bungie has shockingly created balance here. The constant complaining for nerfs will never cease.
-
See the problem is that there is no risk when you go super with the hammer. Every super should have a risk and reward. Every super in the game does except hos
-
2 RespuestasI doubt the nerf will be major straight away. They'll adjust the armor so you can be one shotted by snipers to head (as it should be). Anything more would be trying to nerf it into the ground straight away. It'll be to bring that super back into the realm of balance, you'll still be able to go on massive killstreaks with it if used right only now players will have a fighting chance.

There so such thing as a tank class in this game. For the number one reason nobody can pull and hold threat in this game. So everyone should have the same amount of armor.

3 Respuestas
Golden Gun: Fall back and wait for a sniper opening Bladedancer: Grenade + Knife + Sniper + Melee. Works 95% of the time. Nightstalker: Just shoot at them. Not difficult to deal with. A lot of people panic when they're tethered. All you have to do is keep your cool and kill the Hunter. If no one is shooting at you, shoot the tether and get away. Striker: Meh. Can't do anything. Defender: Aim down Sniper, wait for them to get impatient and try and kill me or just sit there until they leave their bubble. Get a headshot and walk away. Voidwalker: Meh. Can't do anything Sunsinger: Switch to Sniper and quickscope. Not to difficult. Just have to be accurate. If Radiant Skin, switch to primary afterwards and finish the job. Stormcaller: Same as Gunslinger. Fall back and wait for a Sniper headshot. Sunbreaker: Aim for Sniper headshot?: Wait.. They lived? Get close and try to Shotgun?: Nope. Dead before I could even close. Pop Gunslinger Super?: They survived my first shot? How? And they immediately killed me and got full health back? Pop Bladedancer Super?: I died in one hit before I could even get close? Pop Nightstalker Super?: WTF? Why didn't he get tethered for two seconds and was still able to kill me? I hit him head on! Try and get a Rocket off?: Nope. They lived. Threw a single hammer at me and killed me. Machine Gun?: Nope. Died before them. They killed me and got their health back. Run away?: Nope. Cross-mapped by a hammer, because they're apparently so difficult to aim. Grieve/Cower Emote?: Hm. Seems to work 10% of the time. He felt bad and left me alone.
7 RespuestasHow come anyone elses super can be brought down with a sniper headshot?
-
Completely agree . Sunbreakers super is the best but the class is nowhere near OP .
-
Nerf it
-
Just a damage resistance reduction is all it needs. A gg shot should be able to bring them down.

Especially in the case of defender they can't even begin to wrap their heads around it. The farthest they get is, "well I place the bubble and sit in it." Again not saying there aren't balance issues but there's also the fact that the playerbase is awful. If there's anything good about titans it shows who is actually good at the game.

2 RespuestasWhy do all these people defending sun breaker say it's the only viable pvp Titan subclass? It is not, you just need to "git gud" to quote many of the sun breakers telling people to get better at countering their super. Why didn't you "git gud" Year One and counter bladedancer and GG? Striker is an amazing pvp class, as is Defender. Learn how to use them you -blam!-.
Sunbreaker needs an armor nerf, it's not right that it takes 2 shots of GG. The bubble takes 2 shots of GG. So all you bitches saying it's fair, -blam!- YOU. Sunbreaker shouldn't have the health if a bubble.
I disagree partially. I do think they need a nerf but not as big as everyone says it needs. The thing is, everyone is complaining. Making it into a huge deal, people are blowing it out of proportion and making it look like it needs to be nerfed really hard. And if they get there way than chances are it will be nerfed to the point where it's not viable and would in the end kill the sub class. Basically I think that the super does need a nerf but not that hard of one. I have talked about it with a lot of veteran players and they agree with the idea. Here it is... When activated it is an unstoppable force because you have max super energy. But as it goes down(the super energy) so does the damage of each hammer, the speed of the hammers and the resistance to damage. Also the "start recovery with every kill", the speed of recovery should be a lot slower and should make you think about your situation and plan out a strategy that wouldn't result in death. Because right now you can be shot 3 seconds before you see them, kill them and get all health back. This is my idea, opinions and convorsations are welcome.

2 RespuestasThey aren't making it useless in PvP, just enough where it's not broken. Damage resistance reduction or healing ability not proc on super, or blast radius reduction would all be fine. One of these would be fine.

14 RespuestasEditado por Skrim: 10/18/2015 4:52:33 PMStriker is not useless you do not know how to use it, sun breaker is OP it's the only super that can survive a Gg shot, sniper headshot, 4 point blank shotguns, you can throw 8-9 hammers and you can spam that's fair? And blade was never op the super was garbage
-
Too bad it's going to be brought down

7 RespuestasEditado por csquidy: 10/19/2015 4:32:33 AMSunbreaker is fine. People only cry nerf because it's the new meta and people think It's crazy that Titans are in the meta. It's very similar than Bladedancer just more ranged induced, less uses and more damage.
