They nerfed all the weapon tuning in 2.0 quite a while ago.

It is though. 34 headshots = 2 shot kill. Use the correct perks.

Red Death Crit: 34 34 x 3 = 102 Base guardian health = 200 Extra armor puts about an addition 3-4 health So they will be a speck off.

Base health with no armor is 186 Max armor on a Titan is 200 health. You cannot get more health than that without the ram or a armor piece on a Titan

Is that why pretty much everybody on here agrees it's a 3 shot now lol besides a couple of idiots lol I've already tested this in rumble with a couple of friends lol it's not a 2 shot anymore lol but please get a 2 shot burst and send me the video lol do it on a new map so I can see it's the 2.0 update then get then check the guys stats lol

Everyone on here is agreeing that it IS a two burst kill so too bad for you lol. And how about you send me your proof? The stats say red death will two burst so unless you have a strange situation such as a warlock running max armor, element armor perk, and the ram I don't see it three bursting.
