^These are my thoughts exactly. The OP has the right idea. If you want to argue the finer points on how bungie could have approached this situation differently that's one thing. To get angry that bungie did what they said they we're going to do and that you got burned cause of it is something completely different. At the very best people should have realized that when bungie said black spindles were going to be nerfed, that they were going to get nerfed regardless of infusion. I'm pretty sure if you ask anyone what happened to their non BS weapons that got infused with 310 or 300 BS' they'll tell you that the new damage ratings were not touched because this what what BUNGIE SAID THEY WOULD DO. At the very least, people should have realized that bungies statement may have been up for interpretation if read a certain way and that there was a risk involved with leveling up vendor BS' and be bummed when it didn't work out but understand what they were getting into when they decided to gamble. Again, if you want to debate how bungie handled the situation than by all means, I for one do not agree with what they did but I understood what their intentions were from day one and acted accordingly. To get upset at bungie and tell them to -blam!- themselves simply because they made good on what they said they would do and it ended up hurting you and making you go bust is childish, a waste of time, and won't accomplish anything.
