Your response to people in this thread is the equivalent of a sports player telling their coach he doesn't know what he's talking about because he's not out there playing at that level. One's skill is not the determining factor in discussing strategy or balance (spoiler: it's actually intelligence,) and based on your replies to everyone in here you seem very unqualified to me.

Is your KD 4,21? No? Bye

And just so you stop looking quite as stupid it's 4.21 not 4,21 maybe you should have paid more attention at school.

The funny thing is that I actually agree that the one-hit capability should be removed. The problem is you aren't making a constructive argument and your response to anyone opposed is"nope, k/d." If you really want it removed, maybe you should rethink your approach.
-
That's a bullshit argument. It's literally unable to be abused. There's no reason to remove it

I didn't even make an argument in that post, just stated my position. Although it can't be abused the same way that final round was, I feel it needs to be changed for the same reason that hawkmoon was; I don't feel like a single body shot with a sniper should ever kill just like 1 shot from a hawkmoon should also not kill. You don't need to try and abuse this perk in order to gain it's benefit, you can essentially be rewarded for inaccuracy and get a one shot kill, which is supposed to be reserved for actual marksmanship. The fact that you don't have to waste ammo to potentially get the benefit only gives you more opportunities to use it. As for changes, they could go a similar route to final round and require a precision shot, or they could tweak the body shot damage so that it always does 99% to a guardian, something along those lines.

But no one is going to be aiming for it. Hawkmoon's one shot kill is different. It only is a 1HK on a headshot, which is what you'll be going for. With a high impact sniper, you will never be shooting for bodyshots. It's impractical due to low ROF. So not only is luck in the chamber random, it's also very very unlikely to hit on a bodyshot. When it does just let it happen.

I don't think it's a problem in any game move except for elimination, which is unfortunately the most serious and competitive. I don't expect people to be aiming for body shots all the time either; you play it just like a normal sniper. "Missed" shots happen all the time, and I personally feel the benefit of being able to one-shot somebody with a missed head shot is just a little unbalanced.

It will happen 1/100 times. It's just not going to be common enough to complain.

Is yours? No. Bye.
