So Psions aren't actually Cabal :0
so i was talking to my friend today and he told me that the Psions are not cabal, they are actually a slave race that the Cabal conquered.
they wear masks to restrain them from using the full extent of their power so they cannot beat the cabal
he also said that in the next cabal DLC there will be a Psion who gives us quests
sound pretty cool to me to lol

Edit 2: a lot of negative comments on here, just remember guardians this is what i have been told is partially in the grimoire and with the Psion quests yes this is unconfirmed but wouldn't it be good if it happens ? i see too many people who are quick to mock and put hate on ppl, why don't u just join in with a friendly manner as at the end of the day it is only a game.

At first I thought the Psions were the females, but it turns out that's not accurate. There are female Centurians mentioned in some grimoire cards. I do remember reading about the Cabal assaulting the Hive before and stealing "parasites" (which are likely the worms). Maybe the Psions are fed the worms to make them more powerful?

Check your Psion Grimoire card, it says they are Cabal, but may be unrelated to other morphs. Your friend trolled you.

Sounds awesome. I hope bungie puts this in the cabal dlc. But the psion giving us quests sounds like variks, so that's a lie.

Correct, except for the mask part (they moved Phobos, so lack of power while masks are on is not the problem) and the DLC part. DLC... Nobody knows. He may be right, eventually, but right now... He is not

I thought it was pretty cool too. When the game first came out, i assumed they were some sort of geneticly altered cabal or something, then read otherwise on here. Makes you wonder if they have other enslaved races that haven't been deployed in our system yet

Did anyone notice when you knock off the helmet of a Legionary/Phalanx/Centurion/Colossus they look like Brutes from the Halo series (Yes i know Halo was made by bungie). Also Phalanx was the rectangular mass military formation by the Spartans, Which is why the Phalanx are so god damn hard to kill D: The Cabal are such curious creature...
