Biggest complaints: nightfall (it used to be your big chance for an exotic, now it's just blue engrams and some 3 of coins) new players acting like they know every aspect of the game, and people crying about nerfing everything.
As far as improvements: Raid is awesome and new guns are fun but I still miss my vision and fatebringer :(
