Infusion: why are we being penalized?
I had a light 300 artifact and when I wanted to infuse it to a different artifact, All I got was a 295. So I lost 5 light levels for infusing?! Same for weapons and gear but before hand it matched light.
Is that a glitch or is it intentional?
If bug please fix,
If not then why?

What was the other artifact? I'm not sure of the exact numbers, but from what I've read it something like it will take you halfway to the item you are dismantling plus a certain percentage. So you always lose some total light when infusing (unless the two items are only 1-2 light away from each other).
