When you get outside by the platform with the 4 waterfalls that have water moving up can you jump back way over to the right and jump up into that room with the crystal fragment. You can do it in patrol but I'm not sure if you can get over there from Regicide mission. I don't know what that crystal/shard does, I never could scan it and there's a Calcified Fragment in there also

There is a ultra knight you can kill. If you go inside the cabal ship from where you spawn in at and go to the blue door that leads to the shield brothers you will find a giant knight that can be kill. There is a way to open the door but if you look at the top left corner of the door you can jump over it. The knight is easy to kill and all I got was a rare emblem.
