Quick Black Spindle question
I've seen conflicting reports from reputable sites that it can be obtained outside of the daily. Can we get a true or false on this please? If you have gotten it through just a good ol' heroic, give me a heads up, please.

Only obtainable during daily heroic, Bungie has said it will pop up frequently though.
