I don't Think The Sleeper Simulant or No time to Explain is even in the game because they are not in the Grimoire or the Armory and so is the touch of malice

Touch of Malice is in the game. Go to Destinytracker.com and look up SackOfFerrets. He has gameplay videos uploaded of him using the Touch of Malice. You see, Bungie has a new trick up their sleeves. They're able to "Hide" items in the game from being datamined, and even hide them in the Grimoire/Item Viewer on the Website so that they can't be looked up.

If that's true then maybe they've hidden some of the exotic armors as well. There are quite a few videos of titans using the "Thagomizers", yet it doesn't appear on datamining sites and grimoire, but remain on the armory.

Idk. You need 44 calcified fragments and some quests done and that one rune completed that you need 7 kills in the dreadnought. You will get the quest. It's on the forums.

Bungie stated in an interview that not all Exotics will be listed in files or the grimoire, so as to leave a surprise for players.

My rationale for this discrepancy is that they don't yet exist in canon, and will exist once they have been obtained. They're probably sitting somewhere .ziped up in the code, waiting for Bungie confirmation that the conditions to obtain them have been legitimately met. Bungie heavily advertised SS, and we've seen pictures of NTTE. We supposedly have a quest for ToM. Imagine the backlash if they didn't exist.
