I recently have had a huge battle with their customer service department and was not issued a refund. I usually buy my games digitally thru them. If I order directly from the publisher, like Ea or Bethesda, does that, at all, decrease profits for them? Are they getting less money if I buy from the publisher directly or is it the same as buying from them digitally?
