SUROS Weapons Pack HUGE Disappointment
For all the bloody hype, the SUROS Weapons Pack is 3 non upgradable green weapons??

Don't let any company get you again with the lure of pre order stuff. All of them become useless five minutes after you get them. Even if you want to pre order a game because you know, without a doubt that you are getting it, just remember this: Pre ordering something a day before it comes out is the SAME EXACT THING as pre.ordering it months ago. If you pre order months before the game comes out you are sending a message to the developer that it is ok for them to give you crap bonuses.

Very disappointing, I'm basically a day one player. I think getting the most out of any game would be to have to start from level one and work your way up, you gain experience to be able to play tougher enemy's. This would make you become legend because you have made the struggle of starting from the beginning and made your way to the end. I use to play and see people with weapons and gear. I was excited to get to that level so I could obtain that gear. Now it seems like a joke. You would fell more accomplished. I went from level 34 to 40 in about two hours.. Now what.. Chasing weapons and gear that are not better than the ones you all ready have. If new people wanted to play the taken king they should have to level up and play thought the whole game not jump to the end.

Thats what ya get for preordering/pre buying something on the open market hahahahahaha. My DLC worked fine, and i bought it yesterday. Still gave me the suros pack hahaha

It's not like you paid extra for it. You just paid earlier; any extra payments were for some other special items

Why are you surprised? The Vanguard preorder pack was the same way. At least with this we got a shader and emblem.

I got the Rare Suros rocket launcher so I'm pretty sure the game has legendary versions too. The green weapons are just to get you started. Like how it was in vanilla with the vanguard weapon pack.

It looks like you get green weapons now and the legendaries are available at 40.

They aren't going to give weapons that will be game breaking or even good because it'll just further piss of the people who didn't buy TTK. It'll piss off people too that bought the DLC but didn't preorder. They are novelty items. For show. Nothing more.

1 RespuestaThe problem is not that they're green. It's that their damage is set at 150 leaving them useless for anything besides crucible. I would've liked to play through the new missions with them but they were useless

2 RespuestasI would have at least expected 170 or 180 level weapons that might of lasted thru the first mission. Not 160 greens that are obsolete before purchase.

While it would of been nice to get some blue + weapons, that wasn't necessary. They could've at least gave the weapons higher damage (like other green weapons that rng) and/or made them upgradable. An upgradable weapon would've been nice even if they were the only green upgrades in the game. It would've been a little something to set them apart..
