I'm going through a heartbreak now and it seems like it won't end, made a fool of myself acting out. Would've been four years if we had made it to the end of September, this happened about a month ago. I felt our relationship slowly dying and I thought I'd be the one to do it but she beat me to it. We were long distance for a year then I met her in person, she wanted to move in but I didn't want to and I did anyway. Then one day she said she wasn't happy, wanted to live a young life and go to college with her friends and be free and I have no right to tell her no. "We probably aren't getting back together" she said and those words ring in my head everyday since then. I quit my job, ended my lease early, I'm currently in pieces and everyone is telling me to go to California where home is. I don't want to let her go, I don't want to forget.
