no the level cap is being raised to 34 for people who are still like 33-below to level up abit before TTK then it'll be raised again to 40 when the TTK comes out

No 40 will be available at lauch of ttk. Anyone that is not 34 can use xp to level to 34 starting September 8th

10 Respuestasno but you XP level 20 will become your highest gear level, so if you are a 34 now that XP level will become level 34
