So many children. So many cry childs. Way way way too many haters on here. Just don't play it if you don't like it. It's so easy.
Even if you're Day 1 tryhard sweaty loyalist that thinks he is owed something... guess what?
You're not owed anything. It's a game. A great game. Continuing content in which is great. Day 1 players are going to be in around 150 bucks total. Consider how many hours you have played the game... and divide that into money spent. It will be a great bargain.
I'm glad to be apart of Destiny and what it brings. Why can't some of you?

2 RespuestasPlease supersonic I did not pay for hours I payed for content. On day one when destiny came out all we had was atheon, pvp and the beginning story missions. Nothing Nothing you say can make up for the lack of content this game had and still has. Sure the game was enjoyable so I played it whenever my friends were on BUT for you to so say that hours spent on a game equals value? Wrong. from what I've played everything in this game is a long grind and it can be quite repetitive you can easily spend an hour doing one bounty, and 2-6 hours trying to do the hard quests like skills or raids. And so in conclusion XD the amount of time I spend playing a game does not equal value. I win.

Considering the fact we fill their wallets, yea, they kinda owe us. Whether or not that has to be something like a goodie bag makes no difference.
-
Exactly
-
Gonna guess you have no idea how Capitalism works. They owe us everything we say they do if they want our money. The only reason Bungie and Activision exists is because we give them our money for a product.
-
They don't owe me anything. But they could have done a better job.
-
You're absolutely right. Just because we've been here since the beginning, don't mean we need special rewards.
-
3 RespuestasAs their customers they do... They OWE us a great gaming experience or we will stop playing their game and they can go out of business, this is how a free market capitalism works.
-
1 RespuestaYou're wrong bungie owes me a lot
-
Bungie owes me more content for more money.
-
I don't think anyone owes me anything; however I do believe they fell quite short of what they advertised a couple of times it just means to be cautious about future installments and make logical consumer driven choices rather than jumping on a hype train just my 2 cents
-
An apology for overhyping the shit out of the game then crumbling it before very eyes would be nice. Even a statement saying it was all Acti$ion's fault would work. I'll never again approve of Bungie until it happens.
-
-
.125 cents an hour. Not bad.
-
Correct. Games are designed to be $1=one hour. I have 650 hours, so I consider my money still a great deal for the entertainment value.
-
I kind of agree. If I get tired of the game I just play less or will quit altogether. There are so many games on the market and will be more released.
-
1 RespuestaWhy do people equate hours played as money being well spent? It's up to the individual to decide that. Yes the game was addicting, but that doesn't make it a "great game". We are owed what was advertised, and they fell short of that
-
Because they're not brainwashed 13 year olds, they want their money's worth???
-
1 RespuestaEditado por Dredgen Strider: 9/4/2015 7:33:11 PMI agree. I'm so sick and tired of the entitled little shits running around and bothering deej and cozmo with their nonsense. If one of you is reading this, i apologize on their behalf.
-
I like the game but it could be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....much more than it is now in the vanilla game it had less content than CoD practically which is mind blowing considering what words they chose to advertise with.
-
3 RespuestasSometimes when I play destiny I feel like I'm going to work... After coming from work... The grinding is real and this game was made to be addictive. So once they pull us in YES they do owe us something. I've waisted countless hours trying obtain things that will have no meaning in 2 weeks. If there is a reward I would say to be able to enjoy the game and you can only do that to a certain extent if you haven't obtained the best weapons. Round and round we go..
-
Well we paid 100 dollars for a beta I think they owe us something
-
I'm a day oner and i never even thought of Bungie owing me anything
-
People don't understand that games like this, ones meant to be somewhat like an MMO, are going to have gear that becomes obsolete. Look at WOW. Every expansion makes what people just spent a year doing basically worthless. People don't complain though, they get excited about the new content to come. Not cry because they lost the cool sword they had 3 expansions ago.
-
Some people are never happy man. No point in trying to convince them. #entitlement

13 RespuestasDefinitely a game, but I wouldn't call it great... I felt I was owed a great game because 1) made by bungie. Not some random wannabe devs-- BUNGIE. The bungie. You know? The ones that made all the awesome halo's? 2) I paid greatly earned money 3) I sat in constant hype and support for them all the years before release. I'm talking serious time and love, unconditional appreciation and non stop 'advertising' for them. 4) I was promised a great game. So the finished product is released, we all pay our $$ and we get a 'paid' beta. Seriously. If the devs had actually just PLAYED the game before release I'm sure they woulda noticed a few details off. Don't get me wrong I'm sure there's a lot more stuff they coulda screwed up, but for Pete's sake is that our standard for them?? Remember-- it's BUNGIE. These aren't some amateurs! They should know better. I also am not mad. I'm not pissed I spent money on this game. For a 'game' the money I've spent so far has been adequately rewarded. I'm still disappointed. This game should have been so much more. There should have been a gripping story line with actual character development and sacrifice. At least 2,000 more bounties, 12 more strikes, and 2-3 more raids. All the leveling and grinding issues should have been anticipated prior to release, and most of the balance problems should have been solved weeks after being exploited instead of MONTHS. My solution is simple. I will continue not being mad. I will continue not being pissed. I've earned my moments of triumph, so now, I'm gonna do what any reasonable gentleman would do. I'm gonna get a brand new gf. I'll probably get taken king cuz I don't like the video game selection this year, but next year I'll be bowing outta destiny and won't return until year 5 or 6... After they've actually FINISHED the bleeping game and it's worth buying and playing I hope.

Agreed. But more and more people like you are coming forward saying that the game is fun. Keep in mind only a fraction of the Destiny community is in the forums. Most people simply enjoy the game and buy the expansions. This forum is mainly a replacement for a complaint department. The only thing that bothers me is that people not having played the game must think that it's total crap
