I am going to have to pass on TTK if there is no raid/nightfall matchmaking. I have raided in other games, I understand why it wasn't put in to start. But some sort of balance has to be found. I cannot justify spending $40 on an expansion where I have to miss out on a lot of the content (and the best content of the expansion) unless I go through the clan drama/bs to be in groups to do it. Make 2 difficulty levels for raids/nf, one that requires clan-level coordination and one that's a challenge but doable by a mm group.
Gaming guilds/clans tend to be a few friends that know each other irl and basically the clan is setup to favor them, and everyone else in the guild/clan is just filler to round out a group if they're short. I've been through enough of that, and if that is what's required to experience the best of the TTK content it's not worth it. We need mm for all content. Third-party group finding sites aren't much better either and too much hassle in the end. I'm not going to constantly be forced to go out of game to a third-party group finding site, try to find someone looking to do the same content at the same time, get into that group before it's filled, on top of passing the interview/interrogation process to beg and plead to get into a raid group, etc.

It isn't needed at all go into the recruitment tab find the raid/nightfall you want to do and what console your own make a post. You'll find better people this way than any matchmaking could.
