I agree [i]and[/i] disagree with you. I agree that it doesn't effect me, even though I got my ps4 at the beginning of this month and have grinder my way back to the top. My X1 has all 3 chars at 34 and have all but 3 exotics I can get at the moment. It don't care that I'm missing 3 exclusive exotics because I'll eventually get them in time. I like grinding, and I like the thrill of finding weapons over buying them from xur, but I'll still buy then from Xûr if I feel like it, it doesn't make or break it for me. As for the "it hurts everyone" statement from forbes, I can see it effecting a portion of the player base, not everyone. The author has looked at the gamer as a whole, not individually. Is he wrong? I wouldn't say he is, but he could have worded it a bit differently, stating that [i][u]some[/u][/i] players are being effected by the exclusivity.
