Why not let us explore? Even if there is nothing........ Nothing but dead space. I want to explore!
I'm seriously tired of going to the cosmodrome, looking at the beautiful ocean, decide to go swimming, and die... I want to ride my sparrow on the water, I can't... This is the most disappointing of all.

1 RespuestaHonestly I can sort of see why its as limited as it is, they launched too early. They needed to run it on last-gen consoles, and as such were limited to total map space (that is to say, the space of each of the maps put together). I wish Destiny was as open world as it claimed before launch, even if there were vast areas with little more than a chest every now and then it'd be good to explore further out from the city on Earth....what happened to Old Chicago that I heard about pre-release? And there's areas that are there but entirely unused except for in one fraction of one mission. And that's not even going in to all the locations that haven't made it in to the game yet, like Europa, Jupiter has a grimoire section, yet we can't go to any of its moons....It feels like a mobile game "Become Legend!....What's that? You want to become legend IN the city you're protecting, that'll cost you....You want to know the lore? Well you'll need this other product or a handy PC for our console only game" It looks like Bungie are finally leaving behind last gen consoles soon, maybe in the next year we'll see a game that somewhat resembles what we were sold....then we can all get hypnotherapy so we believe the past years was an extended Beta.

1 RespuestaExactly that's the whole reason I preordered the blasted game, I remember the first play threw they did and they looked behind them when they spawned and said you would be able to explore that area. Then beta came out I jumped across the bridge and hit an invisible wall and died. You know another lie. And loading times for different sections of maps is pathetic; take a huge map like gta 5 no loading times and the map is massive. Then blaming previous gen consoles on why you can't add new things to next gen consoles, another example gta 5 they where able to add new things to next gen consoles while keeping previous gen fun. But none the less should expect good from rockstar. thought I could expect the same from bungie but I guess I was wrong.

1 Respuestayarp, agreed. The scenery and level design is top notch but the freedom to go places is lacking.

11 RespuestasYeah i agree with the vast open world stuff but they cant do it even if they removed the invisible walls eventually you will find the edge fall off die and respawn! If they add an infinite invisible floor you will just find yourself lost in an infinite white abyss. Do you really want that?

1 RespuestaThis is why i loved playing the Halo series, you could actually explore just about everything. You could even use vehicles to go to places that would climb things to explore the maps and even in the campaigns. I coukd spend hours haveing alot of fun. Destiny, its COD BS
