Does anyone else get pissed off at people who run through half of the strike or 80% of the strike without killing enemies? Happened today every strike ran through more than half of the strike without killing stuff why though? I find it so frustrating and angry then I joined a strike and the other two were up at phogoth and nothing had been killed. Anyone else get pissed off or just me its happening more now I hate it. Is it so hard to kill enemies and enjoy the strike not skip half of it wtf ???

If the other players do it then I'll join them if not I'll play it normal

8 RespuestasIt doesn't bother me hugely, but I do actually like playing the game so I don't mind fighting the mobs. If people run off I follow them because I know they will die on purpose to move the check point up. I wish they had like a fruit machine like gambling thing you could spend glimmer on to get strike loot instead. Most of those people would rather do that. There was a bit in the stream last night that showed the new warping to fireteam mechanic which plays right into those peoples hands. Imagine some kid gets ttk for Christmas and plays a strike for the first time, but just keeps getting warped through it cos his team is just running past all the enemies? Dumbest decision bungie has ever made.

Get over it

3 RespuestasThats why i go in with friends so i can yell at them when they do it. STOP RUNNING THRU EVERYTHING YOU HAVE NO NIPPLES
-
Depends on the mood I'm in but the way I see it is that at the end of every strike I beat I for sure get 1 to 2 engrams. If I run through the strike I cam beat it in half the time and get those engrams where if I stayed and killed everything, I could get nothing and waste my time. Just my thoughts since I have beaten these strikes 100s of time each, I usually don't want to kill every enemy. But I usually only play strikes with other friends so I don't just leave a random behind
-
I can take it or leave it. I like to kill everything (barring patrol lvl mobs) purely because each enemy is a potential engram/legendary. Plus it only adds a few mins to the run. If someone starts to rush I'll hop on my sparrow and rush with them but rejoin the strike queue after we're done.
-
Yea it's annoying. But for some people, it's not a game anymore. Everything to them is a reward and gameplay is a nuisance
-
Most people have done the strikes loads of times. They are just getting through for the engram at the end.
-
I like to rush through the strike for rewards, I'll turn around and shoot from be behind if the others don't follow
-
When I know I'm about to do a session of multiple strikes, I get ready to run 100 miles per hour to the end boss unless I need heavy to drop from the enemies. Sorry but after doing these strikes a gazillion times I try to finish it as fast as possible :P
-
You can still sit there and kill Ads if you want. I'm trying to get this done. If there's a choke on the map I'll turn around and make sure a teammate can get through like the alley to the Priest but that's all the courtesy you're going to get out of me.
-
If it's a weekly heroic or nightfall I'm willing to skip a mob if it gets the job done a little quicker. There are other activities in the game that I'll do just for fun and I usually just prefer to knock the weekly stuff out in about 30 min
-
No. Cause doing a strike, out of the WHOPPING 6 to choose from, thousands of times, gets amazingly tedious.
-
16 RespuestasSorry bro. I will not worry about anything but getting it done as quickly as possible. You want to kill as much as possible? Do Patrol. Every planet has it. It's the green icon. Go at it til your hearts content. I will blow past everything that is irrelevant to the reward screen. Sorry you don't agree with that. Play alone next time.
-
That's part of the reason I stopped running the playlists. These guys think just running through works better. But your probably just going to end up with blues, and the drop rates are higher in darkness zones so if you kill all the enemies you'll have a better chance at getting good stuff. I get legendary engrams to drop fairly often in the strikes playlist, and not just as the end reward but actually dropping in world.
-
I do this, why should i waste the time? You may go ahead and grind all you like, but im pretty much there to get the vanguard marks and thats it, since the strikes drop nothing of value ever. And currently vmarks are easier to get if you rush the strike in less than 10 mins, vs a 10 min crucible match thats probably gunna suck. Why is it better to do the strike and kill everything every single time?

Find people who want to kill everything on strikes and only strike with them. Having rigid rules you have to play by means you are going to have a bad time because this game appeals to a very broad audience, some who have played for a very long time and don't need to kill every last enemy because all they want is the end screen rewards.

Yes. Very.

4 RespuestasWorser when you do weekly and people don't help at all just sit at the very start of the strike

Editado por USS Liberty: 8/27/2015 11:49:02 AMOnce you've ran each and every one 1,000 times, it becomes a chore, a chore you are paid a 25 cent piece for. You are going to want to do the chores as fast as possible. "I just mopped this floor 100 times today, -blam!- it, I'm just going to sprits it with water and say I mopped it, I'm done. I'm barely getting paid for this anyway."

When I have 25 strikes to do for a bounty I will try to get them done as quick as possible Feel free to take your time it doesn't worry me I don't wipe on purpose to get people up to where I am, if you get there while I am killing the boss all good if not oh well sorry you took so long but I am going to go as quick as possible.
-
1 RespuestaA lot of people do strikes our of necessity I.e bounties. If I'm doing a strike bounty, I'll fly through it. If I'm doing a strike for fun, I'll kill everything.

Editado por SoloDrengr: 8/27/2015 11:38:03 AMI gotta think the only reason people are doing strikes at this point is to get a hopscotch. So, I understand running through it just to get the drop.

Editado por FALCORN_NWBZPWNR: 8/27/2015 11:36:52 AMDepends, exotic bounty needing 25 strikes too move to next step then no lets go, but over all yes it's annoying I like getting engrams to level up or just to kill stuff level up weapons and armor and depends on what strike
