Yes, because no one else in the game before this weekend had a gjallarhorn. You would never find strikes or raids requiring players to have a gally. Nothing of the sort... Oh wait, there were tons of them. You do understand that a lot of people had gally before Xur sold it this weekend. I hope you understand that at least.
