The Taken King Pre-order
I have rung playstation to find out why i cant pre-order TTK and they say it is because the expansions are not installed in-game correctly? Been playing since release date and preordered both expansions. Actually bought the dual expansion while on ps3, changed to ps4 and couldnt find the dual expansion so bought the first expansion then found the dual expansion. All plays fine except the usual bugs and quirks. Need to know how to fix and as there is no nunber to ring that i can find figured here was the best place to ask.
Also, i will have spent £175 on this game after this expansion and someone new can buy all of it for £45 from a highstreet retailer. Just saying.

1 RespuestaI am having a similar problem i bought the expansion pass and then changed accounts but i could still use the expansion pass but it does not show in my libary and i cant preorder the digital edition of the tkk

Have you tried going into your account history on the PS store and looking for the expansions. Try clicking on them to re-download them. I know a few people this has worked for. It seems like the store knows you own them but it doesn't know they have been downloaded so it won't let you pre-order TTK.
