No. He won't. The ram defends the user from certain things: 1. Thorn shot and an arcbolt grenade 2. Firebolt grenade and a TLW shot 3. two PR body shots (if you're using a sniper, you should be aiming for the head anyway) 4. 4 ADS TLW shots 5. Shoulder charge 6. 6 Red Death head shots Those are about the only things that a warlock with the ram can tank. Almost any other way to kill someone is able to kill that warlock
