So I just started
Some guns kill so fast. How can I get these guns. Guns like thorn, red death, the last word and hawk moon? I need some stronger guns please help.

1 RespuestaJust wait until taken king and treat it like a new game. Which it is to you anyway. Those weapons you mentioned aren't going anywhere.

3 RespuestasJust use one character, and have fun with each weapon as you get better ones. Once the taken king comes out, try using new guns with a new character. I can't stress enough how much better this game is when you have one character of each class. Keep that in mind, and work on leveling up. The exotics won't start coming until you've beat the main story, and start getting higher light.

1 RespuestaI got 2 Hawkmoons last week from Dragon strikes. Thorn is a gun bounty "A Light in the Dark", you have to turn in as many Vangard and Eris bounties as possible daily to get those to pop up. Red Death and TLW were sold by Xur. I got TLW from CE normal and Nightfall before. Strikes, Nightfalls and raids are where you can find most. Do as many as you can every week.

1 RespuestaAnyone recommending that you wait until TTK's release is likely giving you the best advice. That said since you just started now, if you have not yet preordered The Taken King yet you might as well do it now. Not because I recommend it as a good value (Because I actually think its a little overpriced and I'm skeptical I would even like it at this point) but because if you are not planning on buying the DLC you might as well stop playing because you will be locked out of a ton of important stuff like weekly and nightfall activities and the Iron banner event once it releases, severely affecting the game you just started. As others have said in the forums the new DLC will "rebalance" a lot of weapons and supposedly bring new "Better" guns than the current ones so focus on keeping exotics, those will still be useful beyond TTK. (P.S. I now feel dirty after having recommended TTK to someone on the forum but your circumstances are special since you are a new player).

Once you get there you will have to start wearing armor containing light. This may take awhile. Play story missions on hard with your friends for max xp. Goodluck. Ps. Try not to be too ambitious. You are asking for end game stuff.

Your experience should be way better than day one players. And to answer your question, thorn, invective, bad juju and superfood advice all come from the bounty guy at the tower. Wait and turn in a bunch of bounties at once to get a better chance of receiving a exotic bounty. He will give you a choice of 3 exotic bounties to choose from. Edit - super good advice* not superfood lol Also pocket Infiniti but u don't want that. Each bounty has a different name. Google the bounty name to see what weapon it will reward you with.

[spoiler]sorry, i had to[/spoiler] Seriously though, I've grinded out 3 characters all 30+, and I don't get on often but when I do I'd be glad to help you out! Are you on PS4 or Xbox One? You can add me on XBL if you want-- GT: My Aversion :) The only thing I don't really do is Trials. Also, strikes or the Vanguard Quartermaster are your best bets at the moment for good starter legendaries. But honestly, don't bother too much with the raids. Vanguard gear should do you good for TTK, at which point alllllll gear will be changed. Don't worry too much about the Vault of Glass or Crota's End.

2 RespuestasYou need to find some bros/hoes to help you run through PoE, raids, and strikes to get your light level up. Then start doing the nightfall for high chance of good loot. If that don't work keep doing the weekly heroic strike for strange coins; and when xur comes around you'll have enough coins to grab his exotic goodies.

5 RespuestasThorn is an exotic bounty. You get a chance at an exotic bounty evert time you turn s bounty in, so do all the bounties every day to jncrease your chances. The other exotics are random srops. Best shots for drops with exotics are nightfall strikes and the raids. If you have three characters and run 3 nightfalls, vog on normal and hard, ce on normal and hard, that gives you the highest chance per week. Also, poe drops, but I haven't had that many drop from there.

The other guns, though- Red Death, TLW, Hawkmoon, can only be attained through luck or Xur. Run strikes/raids when you get a higher level and just keep your head up. One gun which is really good in PvP at lower levels is the Stranger's Rifle, which you get when you finish the story.

1 RespuestaIf you pay some PvP you can get some good legendary drops. Make sure you are doing bounties. Dragon Strikes give good drops too. Pro tip, do not pay attention to all the hate on these forums.

Red death and last word is a random exotic drop. Only from nightfalls, raids, sometimes from playlist strikes. Xur sells it from time to time. I don't know about hawk moon.
