You can easily run CE in 20-25 minutes. Nightfalls 10-15 minutes each. Weekly heroics also 10-15 minutes each.
So we're at what 1 hour and 50 minutes if you take the longest time on each of those with one PoE left to go, which those also take 20 minutes so you'd be over on the 2 hour time some weeks but not by much.
Now there's some weeks you can run the nightfalls and weekly heroics in less than 10 minutes each, it all depends on which strike it is and the modifiers you get for it.

Poe is 30 minutes minimum. And I've never had a raid that took 20 minutes.. Templar takes half an hour on its own and trust me, a player who plays 2 hours a week [u]will not[/u] be able to perfectly run 1 raid 3 NF 3 heroics and a poe in under 2 hours

I didn't say VoG for a raid in 20-25 minutes, I said CE. VoG is about a 45 to an hour endeavor optimally. CE doesn't matter if people die anywhere along the way as steps can be completed solo. Abyss, Bridge, Deathsinger. Of course if someone dies during Crota it's likely a wipe but if you get a good swordbearer you can down him in one sword. And the PoE 28 is anywhere from 20-25 minutes, I usually finish them in around 22 minutes just jumping in with randoms.

Dude come on now, you can run Nexus or Phogoth with any burn in less than 10 minutes. Phogoth with no cheese, seriously who stays in that hallway anymore and Nexus, yeah there's a little cheese involved by not jumping down.
