I never got the weapon but a 3 shot weapon with an absolute horrid fire rate is it worth obtaining? The hand cannon looks pretty good but the sniper would seem rather pointless. Maybe theres something Im missing. Edit: Wasnt expecting this many replies but the consensus tends to be relatively split. This sniper seemed to be originally designed to be rerolled for better perks but now most of those perks are gone. Interestingly though, lots of players say using it as a PVE sniper (something I didnt really consider) is really useful. Did not know surplus stacked with ruin wings. So since I have 2 titans, Im probably gonna pick a couple up hoping to get surplus with an arc and void. THE GRIND IS ON
